Formation of Organizing Structure at National Jump Rope Championship

JRFI distributed different jobs by forming various committees viz. Host Organizing Committee (HOC). Before getting indulge into thick of the things JRFI forms Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in a way to minimize the work load & accelerate the preparation of 9th Junior National Jump Rope Championship – 2012. JRFI practices a different communication channel this time as shown in below mentioned figure. Here the President & General Secretary are been in continuous communication with Protocol Committee members. Protocol Committee members are keeping a proper check that every work is going through a proper protocol or not. The very first job of Protocol Committee is to form a Gantt chart to work on time. It is also the responsibility of Protocol Coordinator to ensure that all jumpers & Official are given appropriate services. 9th Junior National Jump Rope Championship

9th Junior National Jump Rope Championship ( 9th JNJRC ) will be organised by Haryana Jump Rope Sangh(HJRS) under the aegis of Jump Rope Federation of India (JRFI) . Haryana Jump Rope Sangh is one of the prominent State Association as one can easily judge by watching the performance of elite jumpers. Even more HJRS has well qualified (in terms of Technique) Coaches & Senior Judges.  It would be the very first time that National Jump Rope Championship will be organized  in Haryana's Soil. 2nd Jump Rope Federation Cup - 2012

Jump Rope Federation Cup Philosophy The JRFI will strive to create a friendly atmosphere in which to develop and enhance the knowledge and skills of various jump rope styles for those participating in our day camp. Our small ratio of instructor to participant is designed to accommodate varying levels of skipping skills. Our Technical staff is committed to instilling confidence, building self esteem and bringing out the best in everyone involved in Jump Rope Federation Cup The conception of Jump Rope Federation Cup is not new as it was firstly organized in 2009 at Dewas.
