TOURNAMENT FEE
The tournament fees as assessed by council of JRFI is Rs 200/- . The I - Card fees Rs 50 and must be paid to JRFI by the date of 20th January, 2009

Maharashtra, the western India’s State, get the Statehood in 1960 & has a tropical monsoon Climate. The monsoon season lasts till October & then transition to the winter takes place. The tamasha form of folk drama is indigenous to this state. Marathi literature is also well known.
Maharashtra Jump Rope association is bound to abide the rules & regulation of Jump Rope Federation of India & is one of our ascendant & prominent State association. The Maharashtra Jump Rope association has taken the responsibility to organize 5th Junior National Jump Rope Championship – 2009.

Maharashtra Jump Rope association is always known to promote the sport of Jump Rope. Bearing the brunt the sport of Jump Rope is running prominently in almost all districts by Maharashtra Jump Rope association.
Nasik with the area of 15,530 s.km. is moderately populated area.
EVENTS
The events for the 5th Junior National Jump Rope Championship-2009 (Men & Women) are
Individual ‘Masters Championship’
1. Single Rope Speed 30 second
2. Single Rope Endurance 3 minute
3. Single Rope Double Under 30 second
4. Single Rope Triple Under Event
5. Single Rope Freestyle Event
‘Team Championship’
1. Single Rope Speed Relay (4 x 30 Second)
2. Single Rope Double Under (4 x 30 second )
3. Double Dutch Pairs Relay (2 x 1 minute)
4. Double Dutch team Relay (3 x 40 seconds)
‘Demonstration’
The states that are interested to show there skipping skills through demo should submitted their CD on 27th.January, 2009
Note: - There is Separate Boys and girls team would be participated in Single Rope Speed Relay 30 second and (with age boundation).
There is one team per state would be participated (with no boundation of sex and age) in Double Dutch Pairs Relay and Double Dutch Team Relay
To make the participation successful JRFI is going to organize a Technical Committee Meeting on 27th January. 2009.
TRANSPORTATION
The Organizing committee Maharashtra Jump Rope Association shall arrange the transportation from Bus Stop, Railway Station at the venue and back, free of charge.
However team must inform their schedules date & time of Arrival / Departure by Bus or Train no. in advance to the Organizing Committee
BOARDING & LODGING
Organizing Committee shall provide free accommodation for the participant. From 27th January and fooding arrangement (Breakfast, Lunch) & (Dinner) from 27th,28th,29th,30th, January, 2009
QUALIFICATIONS
a) The residence of competitor is the state of which he / she have permanent residence status.
b) It is also the responsibility of Coach, Team Manager and Board Member to verify the age of competitors. The Age proof can be asked from Coach & Team Manager
Note: - There is 2 years disqualification period for all Athletes/ Coaches for submitting
False Information
c) A Competitor can be member of and compete only one team
PROPS
No props or special equipment may be used to add to the creativity and / or the degree of difficulty of the routine e.g. Lolo ball, jogs ball, skip stick, mini trampoline, board, mats, hats, glasses, jeans, shirts etc.
AGE GROUP
The Age Group will be categorized by JRFI Technical Committee in the following way
Junior
Below 14 yrs
Below 16 yrs
Below 18 yrs
TOTAL NUMBER OF SKIPPERS
4 skipper X 3 Age Group = 12 Boys
4 skipper X 3 Age Group = 12 Girls
Out of these 4 skippers only 3 will participate in any event and the left one will participate in Team Events.
Note:-From a State only 24 Skipper can participate
UNIFORM
A. Each state must decide on their team uniform, which must correspond.
B. Supportive athletics shoes and socks must be worn to protect the skipper’s feet
C. No items of jewellery may be worn. The exceptions are a wedding band, ear studs
