5th Junior Jump Rope Championship - 2008-09

The 5th Junior National Jump Rope Championship -2009 was proved as one step forward towards the apex. During Opening Ceremony  5th Junior National Jump Rope Championship – 2009 (Men & Women) Mrs. Sunita Joshi Secretary General , Jump Rope Federation of India, Mr. Sohail Khan, Joint Secretary, Wushu association of India, Mr. Nand Kishore, Distt. Sports Officer, Mr. Ravi Naik, Sports Officer, Mr. Sanjay Chauhan,President, Physical teacher  were present. There were 250 skippers who had participated in 9 events viz.

Individual ‘Masters Championship’

1.       Single Rope Speed 30 second

2.       Single Rope Endurance 3 minute

3.       Single Rope Double Under 30 second

4.       Single Rope Triple Under Event

5.       Single Rope Freestyle  Event

 

 

‘Team Championship’

  1. Single Rope Speed Relay (4 x 30 Second)
  2. Single Rope Double Under Relay (4 x 30 second )
  3. Double Dutch Pairs Relay (2 x 1 minute)
  4. Double Dutch team Relay (3 x 40  seconds)

 

The ascendant States like Uttar Pradesh, Goa, Chhattisgarh had shown their skills via demonstration. The 14 States  had participated there . The Chief Guests at Closing Ceremony are
