JRFI Calendar - 2009-2010

Ø National Jump Rope Championships- Jump Rope Federation of India has set a benchmark for National Jump Rope Championship. Instead of organizing a National Jump Rope Championship From the year 2009 – 2010 there are 3 national Jump Rope Championships to be organized viz. Sub – Junior, Junior & Senior. In order to promote the talent & consummate the sport of Jump Rope at every nook & corner of the India the participation from State Units are confine to 24 Jumpers (12 boys & 12 girls).

o 6th Sub-Junior National Jump Rope Championship

§ Date : 10,11,12 May 2009

· Venue – Ranchi, Jharkhand

o 6th Junior National Jump Rope Championship

§ Date : 11,12,13 October 2009

· Venue – Porvorim, Goa

o 6th Senior National Jump Rope Championship

§ Date : 26,27,28 February 2010

· Venue – Nashik, Maharashtra

Ø Jump Rope Federation Cup – JRFI initiate the conception of Federation Cup in the year 2009 – 2010 where the top 8 State Units are only allowed to participate. The top 8 State units are the result from National Jump Rope Championships. This provides the platform to best 8 State units to prove their respective competencies.

Ø Seminar & Jump Rope Clinics – JRFI’s Technical Department organize Jump Rope Clinic & Seminars to educate & spreading the Functional as well as practical knowledge of the sport of Jump Rope.

o 3rd National Jump Rope Judges Seminar & Referee ship Camp

· Venue –Koppal, Karnataka

o 5th National Jump Rope Judges Seminar & Referee ship Camp

o 6th National Jump Rope Judges Seminar & Referee ship Camp

§ Date : 23,24,25 April 2010

· Venue – Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh

Ø Other Promotional Events – JRFI continuously providing the platform to Jumpers at National/ International level. Even it is found that the Jumpers are participating with full enthusiasm. The conception of allowing Jumpers to participate & publicize the sport of Jump Rope leaves the indelible prints on every one’s heart.
