World Championship - 2010

You will be blissful to know that 12 Jumpers & 2 officials also participated in World Championship – 2010 which was held at Loughborough University, Leicestershire, Loughborough, United Kingdom on 27. July - 4 August. 2010.

Before going to Leicestershire there was INDIA Camp organized at Godwin Public School, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh from 14. July to 26 July. The Camp was fully organized & gone through successfully as demanded by the schedule. The Camp was totally under the guidance of Md. Arshad, Technical Director of Jump Rope Federation of India. All jumpers were even gone to have blessing from Mahabali Padamshree Satpal Ji, Aditional Director of Sports & Education on 16. July. 2010.  This was the first time that Indian Jumpers received such an International platform. The World Championship from 2010 categorized into WYT (World Youth Tournament) & WC World Championship.
 
Out of 12 Jumpers 10 had participation at WYT while the other 2 jumpers left participated at WC. The World Championship left an experience on JRFI’s Soul. This was not only a championship but the best way to communicate, interact & getting the core knowledge of the sport of Jump Rope. Indian Jumpers also participated prominently in Camp there at Leicestershire. INDIA be successful to won 6 Bronze medals. These 6 Bronze medal were won in different team events viz. Suraj Pandey, Akhilesh Rajkumar Desai, Pruthvil Patel & Hit Patel won Bronze in Double Dutch Pairs Freestyle Event while Shivam Shivakant Kaangi & Onkar Vinod Pandhre won Bronze in Single Rope Pairs Freestyle Event. This was one of the biggest achievements of JRFI
